Privacy Policy
This document aims to explain how your data is collected, used, and stored when you visit Stabbyness.com (hereafter "we," "us," "our").
I. What information do we collect?
When you visit Stabbyness.com, the web server logs information about you visit, including your IP address, the date and time of your visit, country of origin, referring URL, session duration, number of bytes served, and user-agent headers. Web server log data is processed using AWStats (www.awstats.org) and Webalizer (www.webalizer.org). Processed log data is archived every month. Raw access data is discarded roughly every 24 hours.
In order to improve the security and performance of our website, Stabbyness.com routes traffic through the DNS provider Cloudflare®, which logs similar traffic data, including IP address and country of origin. See [Cloudflare's Privacy Policy](https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/) for more information on how end user data is handled. Cloudflare maintains user-level data for roughly 24 hours.
The primary purpose of this site is to list episodes of our various TTRPG series in a format that is easy to browse. Because these episodes are livestreamed on YouTube and/or Twitch.tv, individual episode pages use embedded videos from those sites. When we are live on our channel (various days of the week at 8:00 PM EST), the homepage may also show embedded Twitch content.
Embedded Twitch videos allow Twitch Interactive, Inc. to store cookies (described below) on your computer and collect data pursuant to [Twitch.tv's Privacy Policy](https://www.twitch.tv/p/legal/privacy-notice/). Our YouTube embeds are iframes from YouTube's "nocookie" domain, and thus should not be storing cookies. To avoid tracking from Twitch, we would suggest avoiding single episode pages and the homepage and/or disabling Javascript in your browser, though this means you'd be unable to watch any episodes. Ad-blocking technologies may help block certain Google Analytics scripts used by Twitch. See [Twitch's Privacy Choices](https://www.twitch.tv/p/legal/privacy-choices/) for more info on your data options.
Clicking the title/logo on embedded videos from either site (Twitch or YouTube) will redirect you to the appropriate third-party website, after which point we can no longer assume responsibility over how your data is collected.
II. How do we use and process this information?
Visitor IP/country data collected both on our server and via Cloudflare may be used to enhance the security of the site, for example by pinpointing and blocking attackers. We may also use page use data to track bandwidth usage. We do not use any data collected on our site for advertising or other commercial purposes, nor do we share server access log data with any third parties.
